Thursday – Spanish Potato Salad

This attractive salad boasts a zesty vegetable medley along with red baby potatoes and wedges of hard-cooked egg all tossed with a sun-dried tomato dressing.

Friday – BBQ Ribs

Delicious fall off the bone spare ribs in a smoky BBQ sauce served with rice and steamed veggies.

Saturday – Taco Salad

Lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, and peppers served with spicy ground beef and nacho chips. Sour cream and salsa served on the side.

Wednesday – Baked Spaghetti & Meatballs

Homemade baked spaghetti & meatballs sprinkled with cheese in a creamy tomato sauce. Served with a slice of garlic toast.

Thursday – Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

A bed of leaf lettuce with grilled chicken, bacon bits, croutons with a garlic Caesar dressing served with garlic toast.

Friday – Perogies & Sausage

Cheddar cheese perogies served with grilled onions and bacon bits with a slice of farmer’s sausage. Served with a side of sour cream.

Saturday – Chili Cheese Dog

This is no regular hotdog. Homemade chili layers on this juicy frank served in a bun and then topped with shredded cheese.

Pepperoni and shredded cheeses rolled into a thin crust baked to a golden brown and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Served with a side of fresh veggies & dip.

Saturday – Cold Plate

A delicious lunch consisting of our own homemade potato salad, homemade pasta salad and sliced deli meat.

Thursday – Greek Salad with Chicken

A classic Greek salad with lettuce, cucumbers, olives, peppers, tomato, onion and feta, served with chicken.
