Wednesday – Baked Mac & Cheese

Delicious homemade macaroni and cheese baked till golden brown served with a slice of garlic toast.

Thursday – Chicken Caesar Wrap

Delicious chicken, bacon, croutons and romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing and wrapped in a flour tortilla.  Served with a side of soup.

Friday – Pizza Roll

Pepperoni and shredded cheeses rolled into a think crust baked to a golden brown and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.  Served with a side of fresh veggies & dip.

Saturday – Smokies

A delicious cheese smokie served on a bun with a side of pasta salad.

Fall off the bone spare ribs in a smoky BBQ sauce served over rice.

Wednesday – Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo

Creamy Alfredo sauce tossed with fettuccine noodles, green & red peppers, broccoli and chunks of chicken.  Served with a slice of garlic toast.

Thursday – Stuffed Mushrooms

Portobello mushrooms stuffed with crab meat and cream cheese served with a slice of garlic toast and veggies & dip.

Friday – Pizza Sub

Pepperoni, salami and ham melted with mozzarella cheese.

Saturday – Nachos

Meatballs with a Hawaiian pineapple sauce served over a bed of rice.

Friday – Perogies & Sausage

Cheddar cheese perogies served with grilled onions and bacon bits with a slice of farmer’s sausage.  Served with a side of sour cream.

Saturday – Taco Salad
