Wednesday – Baked Mac, Ham & Cheese

Delicious homemade macaroni and cheese with chunks of ham baked till golden brown. Served with garlic toast.

Thursday – Smoked Salmon Potato Salad

A luxurious salad with potatoes, red pepper, and fresh herbs served on a bed of lettuce with fresh asparagus and smoked salmon.

Friday – Chicken Ranch Panini

Grilled chicken and ranch on a Panini bun served with a side of pasta salad.

A delicious cheese smokie served on a bun with a side of our homemade potato salad

Wednesday – Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Creamy Alfredo sauce tossed with fettuccine noodles, green & red peppers, broccoli and chunks of chicken. Served with a slice of garlic toast.

Thursday – Thai Beef Salad

Served on a bed of lettuce, spicy beef combined with tomatoes, peppers, red onion and mangoes.

Pepperoni, salami and ham melted with mozzarella cheese. Served with a side garden salad.
