Wednesday – Beef Dip

Slow roasted roast beef served with a side of au jus sauce on a bun with potato wedges. Served with a side garden salad

Thursday – Chicken Quesadilla

Flour tortilla filled with chicken, peppers, black olives, tomatoes, shredded cheddar served with sour cream and salsa

Friday – Rueben Sandwich

A German favorite of shaved beef, homemade sauerkraut, Swiss cheese served on crispy, buttered, toasted bread. Served with a side of homemade tomato Aioli.

Saturday – Taco Salad
