Monday – Beef & Pepper Panini

Sliced roast beef topped with red & green pepper slices grilled to perfection on a Panini bun.

Tuesday – Stir Fry Noodles

Chicken & shrimp with lots of veggies served over noodles.

Wednesday – Lasagna

Homemade lasagna, layers of noodles, cheese and ground beef baked until golden brown and served with garlic toast.

Thursday – Blueberry Walnut Salad

Fresh blueberries, feta, walnuts, and roasted chicken on a bed of spinach salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Friday – Cheeseburger

A homemade patty with cheese on a soft hamburger bun with all the fixings available to you served with a side of potato salad.

Saturday – Nachos

Ground beef, diced tomatoes, assorted peppers, black olives, red onion and shredded cheese topped on a plate of nacho chips and melted. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa.

Monday – Rueben Sandwich

A German favorite of corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing served on hearty rye bread. Served with a side of pasta salad.

Tuesday – Beef Stir Fry

Beef and veggies cooked in a stir fry and served over rice.

Wednesday – Baked Carbonara

A delicious mixture of ham, bacon & white sauce baked with linguine noodles and topped with shredded cheese and parmesan. Served with a side of garlic toast.

Thursday – Greek Salad with Chicken

A classic Greek salad with lettuce, cucumbers, olives, peppers, tomato, onion and feta, served with chicken.

Friday – Clubhouse

Tomato, bacon, lettuce, turkey, cheese and homesauce sandwiched between 3 pieces of toast served with a side of garden salad.

Saturday – Hot Dogs

A childhood favorite served with a side of potato salad.

Monday – Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap

Delicious chicken, bacon, croutons and romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing and wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with a side of soup.

Tuesday – Sweet & Sour Meatballs

A homemade sweet and sour sauce poured over meatballs and slow cooked. Served on a bed of rice.

Wednesday – Seafood Pesto

Shrimp, crab and scallops tossed with spaghetti in a classic Pesto sauce.

Thursday – Asian Salad

Chicken & rice noodles with peppers, onions, and carrots over lettuce served with an Asian sesame dressing.

Friday – Pepperoni Pizza Roll

Pepperoni and shredded cheeses rolled into a thin crust baked to a golden brown and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Served with a side of fresh veggies & dip.

Saturday – Taco Salad

Lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, onions and peppers served with spicy ground beef and nacho chips. Sour cream and salsa served on the side.

Delicious fall off the bone spare ribs in a smoky BBQ sauce served with creamy mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
