A German favorite of corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing served on hearty rye bread. Served with a side of pasta salad.

Wednesday – Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Creamy Alfredo sauce tossed with fettuccine noodles, green & red peppers, broccoli and chunks of chicken. Served with a slice of garlic toast.

Thursday – Waldorf Salad

Fresh apples, celery, chicken and walnuts, dressed in mayonnaise and served on a bed of lettuce.

Friday – Perogies & Sausage

Cheddar cheese perogies served with grilled onions and bacon bits with a slice of farmer’s sausage. Served with a side of sour cream.

Saturday – Chicken Quesadilla

Flour tortilla filled with chicken, peppers, black olives, tomatoes, shredded cheddar served with sour cream and salsa.

Homemade baked spaghetti & meatballs sprinkled with cheese in a creamy tomato sauce. Served with a slice of garlic toast.

Thursday –Turkey Tomato Panini

Sliced turkey with tomato & pepper slices grilled on whole wheat bread served with veggies & dip on the side.

Friday – Pizza

Delicious homemade pizza topped with all the fixings, served by the slice.

Saturday – Taco Salad

Lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, and peppers served with spicy ground beef and nacho chips. Sour cream and salsa served on the side.

A scrumptious tomato and garlic sauce goes perfectly with delicious penne pasta. Served with garlic toast.

Thursday – Chef Salad

Roast beef, chicken, cheese, boiled egg, diced vegetables on a bed of leaf lettuce served with your choice of dressing and garlic toast.

Friday – Hawaiian Chicken Burger

A chicken burger patty with a sweet Hawaiian glaze and a slice of pineapple served on a soft hamburger bun with a strawberry spinach salad on the side.
