Tuesday – BBQ Chicken Panini with Apple Relish

BBQ pulled chicken with apple relish, mayo and a slice of cheese grilled to perfection and served with a side of soup

Wednesday – Perogy Lasagna with Smokies

Layers of cheesy mashed potatoes and lasagna noodles topped with shredded cheese. Served with sautéed onions and a smokie on the side

Thursday – Kiwi Burger

A tribute to our resident New Zealander – A homemade Lower Shannon farms beef burger patty on a toasted bun with bacon, cheese, pickled beets, caramelized onions, a fried egg, lettuce, home sauce, ketchup and mustard.  Served with a side of homemade wedges.

 Friday – Harvest Panini

A hearty hot sandwich perfect for a fall day! Roast turkey, shredded sharp cheddar, an apple slice, kale and honey Dijon mustard toasted to perfection on a Panini bun. Served with a side of soup

Saturday – Hearty Harvest Chili with Homemade Cornbread (GF)

Saturday – Pizza

A gourmet twist on a classic… Gruyere cheese with sliced tomato and avocado between 2 slices of sourdough bread grilled to perfection. Served with soup

Thursday – Greenhouse Salad

Mixed greens with roasted cubed sweet potatoes, roasted onion jam, feta cheese, and pumpkin seeds served with homemade Saskatoon berry vinaigrette. Can add chicken to this gluten free salad.

Friday – Richard’s Loco Moco

A mountainous meal consisting of a heap of white rice topped with a hamburger patty and Sunnyside-up egg, and then smothered in Elaine’s famous gravy. Richard’s favourite!

Saturday – Grilled Chicken Panini

Grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, homemade roasted onion jam, arugula and homemade tomato Aioli served with a side of soup or garden salad.
