Monday – BLT

Wednesday – Ham & Macaroni Salad

An updated version of an old standby with chopped Black Forest ham and spinach, diced yellow pepper and tiny peas with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing and sprinkled with grated Swiss cheese.

Thursday – Chicken Caesar Wrap

Delicious chicken, bacon, croutons and romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing and wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with a side of fresh veggies and dip.

Friday – Pizza Sub

Pepperoni, salami and ham melted with mozzarella cheese. Served with a side garden salad.

Monday – Clubhouse

Tuesday – Sesame Chicken Noodle Salad

Brightly colored & appealing with peppers and egg noodles, this Asian-style chicken salad is delicious with a sesame dressing.

This hearty penne salad packs all the flavor of your favorite fajitas with chili heat, barbecued chicken and sauteed veggies.

Wednesday – Baked Mac & Cheese

Delicious homemade macaroni and cheese baked till golden brown.  Served with a slice of garlic toast.

Thursday – Greek Chicken Pasta Salad

Hearty pasta salad is loaded with Greek flavors, including souvlaki-spiced chicken and a feta dressing.
