Monday – Grilled Ham & Cheese

A classic grilled with a slice of ham in the middle and served with a side of potato salad.

Tuesday – Nicoise Salad

A typical French salad with tuna, green beans, potato, egg, olives and tomato served on a bed of lettuce.

Wednesday – Lasagna

Layers of ground beef, noodles and cheese baked together.  Served with garlic toast.

Thursday – Chicken Caesar Wrap

Delicious chicken, bacon, croutons and romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing and wrapped in a flour tortilla.  Served with a side of fresh veggies and dip.

Friday – Perogies & Sasuage

Cheddar cheese perogies served with grilled onions and bacon bits with a slice of farmer’s sausage.  Served with a side of sour cream.

Saturday – Chicken Quesadilla

Spicy chicken,  green peppers, black olives, red onions and cheddar are grilled between a flour tortilla and served with a side of sour cream and salsa.

Monday – Lemon Dill Tuna Burger

Delicious lemon dill tuna burgers served on a homemade bun with lettuce with a side of spinach salad.

Tuesday – Ginger Beef

Sweet ginger style beef served on a bed of wild rice with a side of steamed veggies.

Wednesday – Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Creamy Alfredo sauce tossed with fettuccine noodles, green & red peppers, broccoli and chunks of chicken.  Served with a slice of garlic toast.

Thursday – Beef Orzo Salad

An attractive, colourful salad blend has flavours reminiscent of bruschetta.  Crisp vegetables paired with orzo, beef and cheese.

Friday – Hamburger & Potato Wedges

Homemade hamburger patties served with your choice of cheese, tomatoes, lettuce or onion on a bun.  On the side homemade potato wedges.

Saturday – Nachos

Layer of nachos, shredded cheese, tomatoes, black olives, diced peppers, red onions served with sour cream and salsa.

Scrambled eggs with ham, onion, green pepper served between two slices of toast

Tuesday – Smoked Salmon Potato Salad

A luxurious salad with potatoes, red pep0per, and fresh herbs served on a bed of lettuce with asparagus and smoked salmon

Wednesday – Spaghetti & Meatballs

Homemade baked spaghetti & meatballs sprinkled with cheese in a creamy tomato sauce.  Served with a slice of garlic toast

Thursday – Beef & Pepper Panini

Sliced roast beef topped with red & green pepper slices grilled to perfection on a Panini bun

Friday – Mexican Chicken with Naan Bread

Chicken breast baked with salsa, sour cream and cheese on top.  Served with a side of Sante Fe pasta salad and a slice of naan bread

Saturday – Cold Plate

A delicious lunch consisting of our own homemade potato salad, homemade pasta salad and sliced deli meat

A classic Greek salad with lettuce, cucumbers, olives, peppers, tomato, onion and feta, served with chicken.

Wednesday – Beef Stroganoff

Beef strips cooked in creamy gravy with sour cream served with pasta noodles

Thursday – Strawberry Pork Salad

Grilled pork tossed with fresh greens and sweet strawberries with walnuts and goat cheese rounding out the flavor of this delicious salad

Friday – Pizza

Delicious homemade pizza topped with all the fixings, served by the slice

Saturday – BLT

Bacon, lettuce, tomato on toasted bread served with a side of pasta salad.

Homemade lasagna, layers of noodles, cheese and ground beef baked until golden brown and served with garlic toast

Thursday – Chicken Asian Salad

Chicken & rice noodles with peppers, onions, and carrots over lettuce served with an Asian sesame dressing

Friday – Pulled Pork

Succulent Pulled pork smothered with a sweet BBQ sauce served on a homemade bun with veggies & dip on the side

Saturday – Hot Dogs

A childhood favorite served with a side of pasta salad

A delicious mix of penne pasta tossed with shrimp & scallops in marinara sauce and baked until golden brown.  Served with a slice of garlic toast

Thursday – Baked Ham & Scalloped Potatoes

A delicious slice of baked ham with a sweet honey glaze, served with homemade cheesy scalloped potatoes

Friday – Closed

Saturday – Taco Salad

Lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, peppers served with spicy ground beef in a homemade nacho bowl.  Sour cream and salsa served on the side.

Spaghetti noodles with a meat sauce served with a dash of parmesan and a slice of garlic toast

Thursday – Hot Turkey Sandwich

Hot roasted turkey sliced and served on a slice of bread topped with gravy.  Served with soup

Friday – Pizza Roll

Pepperoni and shredded cheeses rolled into a thin crust baked to a golden brown and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.  Served with a side of fresh veggies & dip
