A tribute to our resident New Zealander – A homemade Lower Shannon farms beef burger patty on a toasted bun with bacon, cheese, pickled beets, caramelized onions, a fried egg, lettuce, home sauce, ketchup and mustard. Served with a side of homemade wedges.
Friday – Harvest Panini
A hearty hot sandwich perfect for a fall day! Roast turkey, shredded sharp cheddar, an apple slice, kale and honey Dijon mustard toasted to perfection on a Panini bun. Served with a side of soup
Saturday – Hearty Harvest Chili with Homemade Cornbread (GF)
