Thursday – Blueberry Walnut Salad

Fresh blueberries, feta, walnuts, and roasted chicken on a bed of spinach salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette

Friday – Meat Loaf au Gratin

Classic meatloaf baked with shredded cheese on top served with mashed potatoes and a side of steamed veggies

Saturday – Cold Plate

A delicious lunch consisting of our own homemade potato salad, homemade pasta salad and sliced deli meat

Homemade lasagna, layers of noodles, cheese and ground beef baked until golden brown and served with garlic toast.

Thursday – Pesto Veggie Steak Salad

Roasted veggies and juicy steak are tossed with fresh pesto for a delicious salad and served with a slice of garlic bread.

Friday – Meatball Sub

Meatballs in a marinara sauce served in a sub bun with melted cheese and a side of homemade soup.

Saturday – Smokies

A delicious cheese smokie served on a bun with a side of our homemade potato salad.

Fresh apples, celery, chicken and walnuts, dressed in mayonnaise and served on a bed of lettuce.

Friday – Perogies & Sausage

Cheddar cheese perogies served with grilled onions and bacon bits with a slice of farmer’s sausage. Served with a side of sour cream.

Brightly coloured Asian vegetables with tofu are marinated overnight in a sesame ginger dressing tossed with grilled chicken and served with a slice of garlic bread.

Wednesday – Penne Arrabiata

A scrumptious tomato and garlic sauce goes perfectly with delicious penne pasta. Served with garlic toast.

Thursday – Chef Salad

Roast beef, chicken, cheese, boiled egg, diced vegetables on a bed of leaf lettuce served with your choice of dressing and garlic toast.

Friday – Hawaiian Chicken Burger

A chicken burger patty with a sweet Hawaiian glaze and a slice of pineapple served on a soft hamburger bun with a strawberry spinach salad on the side.

Saturday – Smokies

A delicious cheese smokie served on a bun with a side of our homemade pasta salad.
