A zesty, deconstructed take on a traditional tamale. A blend of Lower Shannon Farm’s ground beef, kidney beans and special spice, topped with a polenta crust and cheese.

Tuesday – Moana Meatballs (GF)

A sweet-and-sour delight served with steamed rice.

Lasagna

Homemade lasagna with layers of noodles, cheese and ground beef baked until golden brown and served with garlic toast

Wednesday – Chicken Pot Pie

A delicious classic with chunks of chicken, diced carrots & sweet peas with a creamy broth baked in a homemade pie crust.

A homemade Lower Shannon farms beef burger patty on a toasted bun with bacon, cheese, pickled beets, caramelized onions, a fried egg, lettuce, home sauce, ketchup and mustard.  Served with a side of homemade wedges.
